Nothing like good news to finish one month and look forward to another! Our restaurant Corredera 55, of the Califa group, have received a ‘solete’ distinction from the prestigious Repsol Guide, a respected authority on Spanish cuisine.

According to the gastronomic guide, “a Solete is a place that awakens a smile and seduces with its appealing and affordable proposal. Places that have ‘something special’ and that you would recommend to a friend because you know they will not fail”

Guía Repsol has focused on highlighting Soletes off the beaten track and has put the spotlight on places that are the local public’s best-kept secret.

“It is also an opportunity to put in value those emblematic places that we all have in our neighborhoods and towns, but that often do not appear in gastronomic and travel guides. In addition to this connection with the traditional, this project is born with the spirit of shedding light on the openings of special places throughout the country,” explains María Ritter, director of Guía Repsol.

“We are honored and proud to receive this distinction from one of the most recognized gastronomic guides, the Repsol Guide,” says Ellie Cormié, owner of the restaurant.
