James Stuart, co-founder of Grupo Califa, will be awarded the title of Honorary Citizen of Vejer.
James Stuart first came to Vejer in the late 1980s and eventually made the town his home. A personal and entrepreneurial journey that, together with Regli Álvarez, would ultimately lead to the creation of Grupo Califa.
