FEZ Vejer launches its new spring–summer menu with a proposal where seasonal ingredients and fresh flavours once again set the pace in the kitchen.
The new menu introduces lighter dishes and fresh additions while staying true to the essence of FEZ: a cuisine inspired by the flavours of the Mediterranean, North Africa and the Middle East, presented in a more informal and cosmopolitan style.
Vegetarians, vegans, meat lovers or seafood enthusiasts, FEZ offers delicious and wholesome flavours for every taste and palate.
Among the new additions are dishes such as the roasted vegetable soup with cumin and a touch of cream, the black garlic hummus, and the smoked aubergine mutabal, made without tahini for a lighter, smokier flavour.

The menu also welcomes the Palmyra salad, a colourful combination of beetroot hummus, sunflower seeds, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese and beldi olives, full of vibrant flavours and textures.
In the mains section, new recipes include the fish meatball tajine, prepared with tomato sauce and prawns, and the halal lamb tajine with pineapple and apricot.
This new season also brings the fish pastela, a seafood reinterpretation of one of our great classics.
For dessert, FEZ adds its new baked Califa cheesecake, infused with cardamom and orange blossom water, combining creaminess with oriental notes in a very personal take on the classic cheesecake.
Homemade lemonades, fresh juices, signature drinks and a carefully selected wine list continue to accompany a proposal designed to be enjoyed without hurry, whether for brunch, lunch, afternoon bites or dinner.

At FEZ, every plan fits: brunch, lunch, afternoon treats and dinner. Mr Ashraf (our brilliant camel) is waiting for you at any time of day!

With a vintage-inspired interior designed by Ellie Cormie Interiors, FEZ brings together design and gastronomy to create a memorable experience in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

FEZ is located at Calle Juan Relinque 14 in Vejer de la Frontera.
