Introducing Casa JJ, new lifestyle house of Califa Casas

Casa JJ is a chic and comfortable accommodation in the centre of town.

Recently reformed by interior designer Ellie Cormie, she has combined natural elements including leather, wood, plaids and accessories to create a refined home from home.

A lush velvet sofa and leather armchairs.

Furnished with statement pieces such as Chesterfield sofas, subtle ambient lighting, original pieces of art from Cádiz and Morocco and tastefully framed prints this is a real inner sanctum.

A marble staircase leads up to a first floor sitting area with Italian stone floor, art deco style sofa and 2 boucle and walnut armchairs. French linen curtains frame the windows overlooking the high street below and a sophisticated drinks cabinet and mirror are tucked into the corner.

Calm and comfort.

The beautifully presented Master bedroom (bed – 180cm) is furnished with a stylish headboard and leather armchair. Draped curtains separate the dressing area which contains fitted bespoke wardrobes.

The large ensuite bathroom has a 1.7m walk-in shower, double sinks, vanity unit and separate WC. Both bathrooms in the house have Italian tiles and bronze fittings. The large floor to ceiling mirror and 2 full length windows let in plenty of natural light.

The second double bedroom (bed – 150cm) is hidden away on the ground floor and can be accessed via the main entrance hall or a separate on-street entrance, making this property ideal for 2 couples or a family of 4 with older children. It has been decorated using calming hues and has a separate sink and an ensuite wet room.
