A few weeks ago we shared some news with you that made us incredibly excited: we’re opening El Jardín de Madreselva Restaurant in Los Caños de Meca, inside Hotel Madreselva. A venue open to everyone, designed for coming to eat well, feel at ease, and let yourself be carried away by the surroundings… with the beach just a few steps away.
Today we’re back with the next step (and the most anticipated one): the full menu is now available and reservations are officially open!
A free-spirited, fresh cuisine with a traveller’s soul
At El Jardín de Madreselva we wanted to keep the essence of who we are, while adapting it to the rhythm of Los Caños. A relaxed Mediterranean cuisine with nods to the Middle East, built around great produce and the perfect balance of spices.
The menu is designed so everyone can find their moment: healthy options, vegetarian dishes, meat, fish, bowls, afternoon snacks… and a selection of cocktails and mixed drinks that’s perfect for stretching out your sobremesa the way it deserves.
What will you find on the menu?
If you feel like starting in style, there are starters for every taste: comforting soups, and a mezze section that’s a direct journey, with must-have classics that simply had to be there, like hummus, babaganoush, and more.
There’s also a fresher, more contemporary side, with super healthy salads and bowls packed with flavour. And for those of you arriving properly hungry (or ready to share), the menu is completed with meat and fish dishes, plus options made to enjoy right in the centre of the table.
And yes… there are desserts too. This section extends the journey with a sweet selection of handmade Arabic pastries and other homemade desserts that will delight anyone with a sweet tooth.

At Madreselva, afternoons are meant to be enjoyed slowly. That’s why afternoon treats have their own special place, with teas, coffees and artisan pastries, plus a cocktail menu designed to turn any sobremesa into a plan.
A garden just 50 metres from the beach
El Jardín de Madreselva is in Los Caños de Meca, just 50 metres from the beach, surrounded by greenery and with that natural yet special feel we love. It’s a restaurant open to everyone, whether you’re staying at the hotel or not.
