Located in the old town of Vejer, Casa La Pileta is a historic house recently renovated with panoramic views and a plunge pool in its large outdoor patio, ideal for cooling off in summer. The accommodation is distributed over three floors providing privacy and tranquility.

Montes Room
On the first floor of the house with access from the main gallery this double room has high ceilings, a desk, wardrobe and rocking chair. The window overlooks the quiet street and the room has a bathroom with large shower. Montes (liek all rooms in Casa la Pileta) is ai conditioned. The bed is 1.80m² and the room measures 15m² plus 5m² of bathroom.
Vorcy Room
Leading off the first floor gallery is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a large shower and a view over the private patio of the house. The room has high ceilings, a desk, chair, chest of drawers and air conditioning. 17m² including the bathroom.
Maria Luisa Room
This double (or twin) room is adjacent to Vorcy. It consists of a comfortable 1.80m bed, sofa, chest of drawers and integrated bathroom with a large shower and a window overlooking the courtyard. The room, air conditioned, measures 18m² including the bathroom.
Melgarejo Suite
A few steps lead up to this large independent suite. The living room has views over the rooftops of Vejer, the lagoon and hills of La Janda. The room has sofas, armchairs, desk and television. Up three more steps we reach a very spacious bedroom with windows with views, an antique wardrobe and air conditioning. The charming en-suite bathroom (leads off the sitting room) has a bathtub and separate shower. In total there is 87m² of living space. Air conditioned.
Room Claudia
On the upper floor, the Claudia room is very bright, with a double bed, an integrated bathroom with a large shower, a sofa, a window and a double door leading to a private terrace. The room is air-conditioned. The terrace has a table and two chairs. 23m² of bedroom with bathroom included plus 12m² of terrace.
Room Pablo
Also on the upper floor is this spacious bedroom, which can be double, twin or triple with two windows and an en-suite bathroom with large shower. The ceilings are high and there is an antique skylight (can be covered for sleeping) which provides an important bath of light to the room. This room has air conditioning. It measures 22m² including the bathroom.
History and comfort
This historic house is one of the best preserved houses in Vejer. The building is a mixture of the Arab period (before the 14th century), as well as the 18th and 19th centuries. The common areas and bedrooms retain intact their original floorings, stone arches and beams.
The courtyard is a refreshing space with a recently renovated plunge pool, ideal for a dip when the heat gets too hot.
There are also two spacious quiet living rooms of 35m² each with several comfortable sofas.
Casa La Pileta has a large rooftop terrace with panoramic views over Vejer, the countryside and the distant hills of the Alcornocales nature reserve.
